The time slots admin tab is where you set up your ETAs. ETAs use the same functionality as time slots, except there is no capacity limit. Go to time slots in the Admin section.

To add an ETA zone, click the green ‘+’ button below the other settings tabs on the left side of your screen.

Once you have added a new zone:

· Name the Zone (e.g. ETA Zone)

· Ensure that the ETA zone applies to delivery only

· Ensure that ‘Allow carrier to exceed capacity’ is turned on

· Set up email notifications for any changes to existing carrier bookings

Add your email in the 'Receive Change Notifications' entry field to receive an email whenever a carrier changes or cancels a slot they have already booked.

You are able to make multiple configurations for each zone to cover different configurations needed for different times of the year (e.g. summer and winter hours) or different hours for different days of the week (in example above – different hours for Saturday than the rest of the week).

On each configuration you can specify the following detail:

1. Effective date - The date range over which you specified the ETA configuration to be effective (i.e., if no zone is made effective, no ETA will be required).

2. Effective weekdays - The days of the week over which your ETA configuration will be active.

3. Cut-off mode - The amount of time prior to pick up a carrier must provide an ETA. This can be set either by time (e.g., 90 minutes before pickup) or by day (e.g. 5pm one business day before the carrier wishes to come in).

4. Opening hours - Adjust this to match your stores opening hours.

5. Slot size - You can choose how wide the time slot is (for ETA this is to be set to 1 hour).

6. Slot availability – For ETA’s this is to be set to zero.

If you want to make more than one zone for ETA’s (e.g., ETA for Bagged Product and ETA for Bulk product) you are able to do so by clicking the large green plus button within time slots.

See product mapping within the booking slot configuration section for full detail on how to map products to the zone you have created.

For your ETA product mapping, ensure all the products likely to be delivered to your store are mapped to your zones.

For example, your store may need an ETA Zone for bags, and one for bulk product because you allow trucks to tip off at all hours, but only allow delivery of bags within working hours. In this case, ensure that you map all bagged product to your ETA Zone for Bags, and bulk product to the bulk zone.

You can type in to the product column (like below) and it will filter accordingly.
