The Dashboard is where site staff are able to get a view of all the orders that are coming in to their site to be unloaded, and leaving their site that are required to be loaded.

Where information has been provided by the carrier, that information will be surfaced on the Dashboard. Find the dashboard by clicking on the menu icon at the top left of the screen and selecting ‘Dashboard’.

  • Click the button to view the inbound orders to be unloaded; and click the button to see the outbound orders that need to be loaded.

  • To sort by any of the column headers in the Daily Arrival/Departure table, click on the column header and see the arrows appear.

  • Type - shows inbound or outbound transport bookings.

  • Planned arrival time / truck location - when this information is available from the carrier it will be surfaced, otherwise this column will be left blank.

  • Carrier column - if the carrier has been assigned the name of the carrier wil show in this column.

Carrier Cascade - of the carrier has been assigned via cascade, then the carrier’s name will show here with the below icon next to it.

Clicking on the icon will show the history of the carrier cascade.

If the carrier was selected by a manual override from the Transport team, the carrier name will show with no icon next to it.

Hovering over the carrier name will surface contact details for that carrier.

If the carrier cascade is still in progress, the below show in the carrier column

  • Booking ID - the order number.

  • Reference - same as the order number.

  • Status - status of the job, whether it has been booked, accepted by the carrier, in transit, delivered by the carrier.

  • ETA - depending on what information has been passed on by the carrier, the most accurate ETA of the vehicle will show in this column. Hierarchy for ETA information = from Driver > from Dispatcher > Estimated from Pick up > Booking Window.

  • Location - where the load is coming from or going to.

  • Product - the product on the order.

  • Quantity - in weight or items.

  • Mass - shows total weight in tonnes.

  • Truck ID and size - will show truck details if provided by carrier.

  • Assign - Not a relevant function for Balance.
