Step 1: Under the Dispatch tab, click on the Dispatch Hub tab
Step 2: Click on the green plus "+" button on the top left corner of the screen
Step 3: Fill in the relevant information
Customer: who you're making this order for.
Pickup/Delivery Address: Name/Address of the area you are picking/dropping it from/to. This will then automatically fill in the Address and Region but if the pre populated information is incorrect, you are still able to edit.
Pickup/Delivery Days and Times: The date and time you are picking it up and dropping it off.
Notes: Any required notes
Product: Type of product you are transporting
Quantity: Amount of product you are transporting. The unit will automatically populate depending on what product you choose.

Step 4: Create a leg (optional)
NOTE: You must fill in the relevant information to create a leg unless you have all of the details of the order

Step 5: Press the Book button
To fully book the order click on the green "Book" button that is located on the right bottom of the screen to schedule the order. Alternatively, press the blue "Cancel" button to cancel your order.
