NOTE: Please ensure that you're in the "Dispatch" section and under "Daily Jobs" and have existing jobs to view and filter.

Click on the icon that has the computer with an eye (highlighted yellow)

NOTE: If you cannot see this icon, this may be due to having too many columns selected and already displaying on the screen.

To see all the columns on your screen, you can zoom out by pressing CTRL and the minus key ("-") on your keyboard until the details fit within your view. Alternatively, you can use the bottom scroll bar to navigate and view the hidden columns.

This will allow you to view and click the column selector. Once you click on the column selection, you will be presented with the following view:

The default columns are toggled on before you customise your view; these are based on some carrier feedback. However, you can toggle columns on or off based on your preferences.

NOTE: Please take note that if you enable too many features, the booking details can become quite extensive, potentially extending beyond the visible screen; see example below:

Blank daily jobs screen?

Can't see anything on your daily jobs screen however there's an orange dot implying there's a notification? This is most likely due to the filters being reseted. To solve this:

  1. Click on the icon that has the computer with an eye (highlighted yellow)

This will show your "Display Options" tab, with none of the filters selected

2. Press the "Set To Default" button

This will reset your filters with the necessary data you need on a daily basis, but of course you're more than welcome to turn more on.

Please contact us if this does not solve your problem.
