How to mark a leg or consignment as delivered as an admin.
If a driver has not marked a completed leg as delivered via the driver mobile app, an admin can still override this if they know the delivery has in fact been completed.
You can click on the grey BOOKED label against the leg you want to mark as delivered:
The system will prompt you to add a pick up time, a delivery time, and make any other changes required e.g. change in product
This will change the status of the leg to Delivered.
Once all legs are marked as Delivered, the overall consignment status will also be updated to Delivered.
