To cancel an order within Dispatch Hub, press 'Mark as Cancelled'
Record any notes and a reason code as required
You will be able to see this detail against the cancelled order, and you will also be able to revive it, if necessary.
You can choose to show/hide cancelled orders as necessary, using the radio button.
Cancelled orders are identified with a red dot
