When you log onto M2X it will take you to the dispatch screen - this shows your orders, bookings and jobs for a selected date range (default screen below)
New bookings (from enterprise customer ie CODA) will appear under the bookings screen and any unattended bookings will appear with an orange dot above bookings meaning they need to be actioned (ok button)
These bookings show: booking ID, drop off location, pickup location, product, and booking type (among others) and these categories can be filtered, and rearranged to your desire by simply dragging the categories to the left or right
Bookings can also be bulk filtered by the drop down attached below. Most carriers opt for FCL and ECM so they can be viewed separately, so rather than showing as default bookings and default bookings V2, it may say FCL, ECM and combined
In order to preview the booking, click the orange briefcase to the left of the booking ID, this will show specific pick up and delivery locations alongside more specific product information, order details and shipping vessel details
Once a job has been previewed and accepted in the bookings screen it is visible in the legs screen. In the legs screen, the different legs of the job display individually but will still fall under the same order ID
For a dispatcher, the 'Published' toggle (phone symbol) where you publish routes to drivers via their driver mobile app, once this has been completed, and the driver is in the process of completing the cartage, the circles under the status icon (attached below) will change colour. Blue indicates the job is being done by the driver and green indicates that the job has been completed (this information is via the driver mobile app)
Creating Container Orders
To create a container order, click the green plus in the top left corner of M2X - this will open the booking modal screen (below)
Key importance here is to fill out all required forms and click 'AUTOLEG' this automatically populates the various legs of the booking
NB: As a dispatcher you are able to alter these legs and add legs where necessary, you are also able to alter the leg code (swing, tipping, weighbridge) and publish specific legs to specific vehicles.
Finally to publish the booking, press create and close. This booking will now be present on your bookings page and will have generated a unique booking ID.
