NOTE: In order to progress with this, you must have already set up your fleet and paired your driver's device.

Start

Once the device is paired, the driver will see the schedule for their current day by default. Users can then navigate by day and view what was on their schedule yesterday and what will be tomorrow.

Main menu

Drivers can access the main menu by clicking the three lines located on the top left of their screens.

The main menu gives access to Daily Schedule, Job List, Line Haul, Custom Date, Switch Vehicle (when applicable) & Logout functions.

Main menu app
  • The daily schedule is the default view when a user logs in. This mode shows the overall route for their day and an overview of the pickup and drop-offs locations on the map. Below the map pickups and drop-offs are displayed in their specific order (eg: pick-up 1, pick-up 2, drop-off 2, drop-off 1). The user can then select each individual pick-up or drop-off and complete or change the details.

Note: when the user marks a pickup or drop-off as done, a green tick will appear next to each icon (blue pickup icon and green drop-off icon).

  • Job List is an alternative view of the same schedule, whereby the pick-ups and drop-offs are grouped as one job. The drivers can access the specific pickups and drop-offs by clicking on the job.

Job list

Note: when the driver marks the pick up as completed the job icon (briefcase) turns blue, while if he marks the delivery as done, the job icon turns green.

  • Line Haul is another view that is only used by general freight dispatchers.

Selecting a date

From the Daily Schedule and Job List screens, the drivers are able to easily select both yesterday's, today & tomorrow's relevant schedules.

If the driver wants to select a specific date they can do so by selecting Custom Date within the main menu.

Main menu app

Select a date & click OK

Switching Vehicle

If the drives tablet is paired to multiple trucks, the driver can switch between truck schedules

Click on the vehicle to view the desired schedule

View & complete pick up or delivery

  1. Select a pickup (blue icon) or delivery (green icon) to view the route and details of the load

  2. Within this view, the driver can alter the quantity, enter notes, add attachments, send ETAs and enter a docket number
