How to view job events and the job map

See a job's status, vehicle, actual pickup and delivery times, and a map with the driver's breadcrumb trail.

Job events show you what happened on a job once it's underway. You can check the job status, which vehicle did the delivery, and the actual pickup and delivery times. You can also open a map of each pickup and delivery location to see where and when the driver completed each task. It's a quick way to answer customer questions about a delivery or confirm proof of arrival.

You can open job events from the Daily Jobs page or the All Jobs page.

What you can see in job events

  • Job status

  • Delivery vehicle

  • Actual pickup and delivery timestamps

  • Map view showing each pickup and delivery task location

  • Breadcrumb trail of the driver's movements, with every ping timestamped

  • Geofence radius highlighting where the driver marked each task as complete

Note: Where the data is available, the breadcrumb trail shows pings from up to 6 hours before the pickup task was completed, plus everything between pickup completion and delivery completion.
