Enterprise TMS
Dispatch Hub
Trailer management defaults are now applied automatically in the Create Order modal when acknowledging a booking or booking group.
Financials
Exported CSVs from Booking Financials now show the Distance column in your account's configured unit of measure (miles or kilometres), matching the value displayed in the on-screen grid, rather than raw metres.
Photos uploaded from the Carrier Mobile app are now converted to PNG when they are saved to the device and again before they are sent, so they display correctly for Carrier and Corporate users. This ships as an over-the-air update, so no app store update or reinstall is required.
Master Bookings
Performance enhancement when switching tabs in the Master Booking modal.
Standard Bookings
Exported CSVs from Booking Financials now show the Distance column in your account's configured unit of measure (miles or kilometres), matching the value displayed in the on-screen grid, rather than raw metres.
Photos uploaded from the Carrier Mobile app are now converted to PNG when they are saved to the device and again before they are sent, so they display correctly for Carrier and Corporate users. This ships as an over-the-air update, so no app store update or reinstall is required.
Carrier TMS
APIs
A pre-invoicing CSV file can now be configured to generate out of M2X once a consignment is invoiced.
Bulk storage record uploads now process once per day, limiting downstream processing.
All edocket fields from pickup and delivery tasks can now be retrieved under docketMeasurementProperties from the Jobs and Billing Group Details endpoints, covering Measurement API, Driver App Classic and Driver App run edockets. POD signatures and attachments are available from their own endpoints; edockets created on start and end tasks, and jobs created on the Energy platform, are excluded.
Daily Jobs
Jobs can now be delivered to previous months from the job pool screen.
Dispatch Hub
Unavailability can now be managed directly from the relevant asset screen for drivers, vehicles and ISOs.
Schedulers can now publish a driver's schedule up to a chosen time rather than the whole run at once, by selecting Publish schedule to mobile from the Driver tab of the Board/Gantt view and picking a cut-off time. Only activities starting before that time are published, and tasks no longer assigned to the driver are unpublished.
Focus Order is now available in the Trailers, Drivers and ISO Containers views.
The time window warning, an orange alert on an activity when a pickup, delivery or trailer swap task is scheduled outside its requested time window, is now available in Dispatch HubNext, bringing it to parity with Dispatch Hub. Whether the warning checks only the arrival time or the full task duration depends on the Time window warning for arrival time instead of entire task setting.
Warnings now appear on activity cards when a large contract cannot be found.
A warning now appears on every activity linked to a large contract once that contract's fulfilled quantity exceeds its contracted quantity. It uses the same Fulfilled figure shown in the Large Contracts table and contract card, is a high-priority (red) warning, and clears within seconds once the contracted quantity is raised above the fulfilled amount.
In Dispatch Hub next, the short activity Id now appears at the top left of the activity modal instead of the short Order Id, aligning with Dispatch Hub legacy.
Orders now warn you when a leg's timing or dispatch status conflicts with the planned leg sequence, shown with a shuffle icon on the affected leg. The warning clears when the timing is corrected, the leg is fully dispatched, a missed earlier leg is redispatched, free-form legging is used, or the order is marked as short.
Opening Find Trailer from the Edit Order screen now opens the same current Find Trailer modal used elsewhere in the platform, in both Hub Next and Hub Legacy. It shows the right trailers and map location for the scenario (Specify Trailer, Pickup Drop & Hook, or Delivery Drop & Hook), including grouped orders, and saving updates the relevant trailer fields and routing template.
In Dispatch Hub next, the Find Orders and Orders pages are now aligned on columns and functionality.
Map URIs and polylines are now in sync between the Dispatch Hub and Driver Mobile interfaces when using the Localisation feature's default carrier fallback map, with both the map URI and the location version used for a task in Dispatch Hub now carried through to the mobile task.
The vehicle timeline statement no longer shows UNKNOWN when a 3 to 7 day gap and a shift start activity separate orders. Previously generated orders will continue to show UNKNOWN until they are updated.
Hovering the Publish icon for a vehicle or driver in Board and Gantt now shows a tooltip summarising what will be published, including the driver, trailers, last scheduled and live location, and how many activities will be published. Any Warning or Error level issues on those activities are listed so they can be reviewed before publishing.
Orders in a group can now be focused via a single menu item.
Location, trailers and routing templates now show correctly in the vehicle header.
Service activities and legs are now costed and auto-assigned to the previous order, and remain allocated there when subsequent orders are allocated. Allocation can still be overridden manually in the Edit timeline allocation modal.
Activities delivering outside a contract's valid date range now show a warning, either before the contract start date or after the contract end date. The comparison uses the delivery location's timezone, and delivering exactly on the boundary date does not trigger a warning.
Trailers for the full portion of an order set up as Pickup D&H are now sorted correctly to the left of the board and the top of the Gantt when using Focus Order.
When a pickup or delivery date is changed on an order or one of its legs, other leg dates now adjust automatically to stay valid, moving only the dates that need to move and never past the order's own pickup or delivery date. This applies to accounts with the updated legs experience enabled, and does not apply to free-form legging orders.
Enhancement to Dispatch Hub Gantt header resizing, the contracts scrollbar, and icon placement.
Menu items now appear when right-clicking a large contract or order card in the Driver, Trailer and ISO views of the Board and Gantt.
The right-click context menu has been removed from the vehicle header in Board and Gantt views in Dispatch Hub legacy. The Publish schedule to mobile button on the vehicle header is unaffected.
In the Subcontract Activity modal, when subcontracting a work card whose product has Unit Load enabled, the Quantity field now defaults to the Product's quantity settings in Load, and the modal title now always shows the work card's own quantity and product.
Trailer management defaults are now applied automatically in the Create Order modal when acknowledging a booking or booking group.
Asset unavailability now works correctly even when the asset is not assigned to a vehicle.
Disabled drivers and ISOs no longer appear on the Board or Gantt.
Percentage fill level against compartments has been restored to the Dispatch Hub load plan.
The allowable date range in Dispatch Hub has increased from 10 days to 31 days.
Energy
New Forecasting menu item, which is home to the Inventory Tracking screens.
When a bulk tankless or packaged order is completed, the actual volumes now appear in the assigned orders grid instead of remaining as N/A.
The load planner now accounts for pump from drum products assigned to a bulk tank order within a shift, grouping them under Packaged Products so they can be assigned to packaged-eligible compartments. The configured cubic feet and per unit weight determine the spatial and weight constraints, and all packaged products are summarised under Packaged Products in the product requirements section of the load plan modal.
The fuels optimiser no longer considers a shift in the optimisation plan once its start and end tasks have been completed.
Locations enabled for Safety Stock Order Generation no longer become stale after long periods without updates, so Generate Orders now reliably evaluates eligible locations, including updated per-service-day urgency metrics such as Days to SS and Days to Empty.
Pickups, deliveries and waypoints can now only be inserted into a shift when the subsequent task has not been completed. Once a shift's start and end tasks are complete no new tasks can be added, and attempting to drag a task between two completed tasks shows a message at the bottom of the screen.
Bulk storage record uploads now process once per day, limiting downstream processing.
Energy driver completions no longer read potentially stale compartment inventory state.
For pump from drum orders delivered via BizSpeed, the count of drums is now converted to volume on the given tank when the order completes, using the product's pump from drum conversion value.
The Editing Delivery modal in V1 Fuels now opens with all fields present, and deliveries in every state (scheduled, unscheduled, executed and backlog) can be edited and saved as normal.
Delivery quantity compartment attribution now uses the latest inventory information.
Expected onboard volume now uses the outbound volume from the most recently executed task rather than the last planned task.
A trailer can no longer be assigned to two shifts that overlap in time. If there is an overlap, a message appears at the bottom of the screen and one or both shift times will need to be adjusted before the trailer can be assigned.
The Planned Products hover on the Energy assigned orders grid now shows each tank's own name, size and type, rather than repeating the same tank label on every line when an order covers two or more tanks of the same product at one location.
Orders can now be dragged and dropped onto a shift regardless of whether the trailer carries the matching product constraint label. If the trailer does not have the label, an error stays on that delivery task and the product cannot be loaded; when the matching label is present, the product loads into the trailer's compartments as normal.
Financials
An invoice run is now capped at 200 billing groups per invoice, and anything above that is split automatically, so a run of 203 becomes one batch of 200 and one of 3. Each invoice is committed as a single complete unit, and the invoicing webhook fires a separate payload for each batch.
The full payload for an invoice batch can now be downloaded directly from the Invoice Batches page as a JSON file, containing the same billing group detail the API returns for that invoice.
New '+ Transport' and '+ Misc' buttons on the Order card let you select a charge and add it to the revenue section of the Consignment screen with the relevant context filled in. Where rate cards are available the rate card prices the charge; where none is available the charge line can be priced manually.
Settlement charge types now have an Accessorial Charge toggle, and in a V2 subcontractor settlement charges are split into Accessorial Charges or Transport Charges accordingly, for both auto-calculated and manual charges. The Add New Charge dialog shows how the selected charge type will be categorised before saving, and settlement totals are unchanged.
Service activities and legs are now costed and auto-assigned to the previous order, and remain allocated there when subsequent orders are allocated. Allocation can still be overridden manually in the Edit timeline allocation modal.
The Invoice Batches page is now a grid view with filtering, sorting and saved column layouts in line with other list screens, and your layout, widths, sort order and filters are restored when you return. Batches are listed newest first with statuses as coloured chips, each batch shows who invoiced it, and changing a batch's status opens a confirmation dialog listing only the statuses you can move to.
The invoices summary table on the billing group screen is now standardised: API invoices are listed in the standard invoices table in a collapsible section, invoice status shows as a coloured chip, and the Invoice action sits in the table header. Blank rows no longer appear where a manual status override is applied, invoices from deleted or hidden batches are no longer listed, and a failed export now reports the reason returned by the receiving system.
Photos uploaded from the Carrier Mobile app are now converted to PNG when they are saved to the device and again before they are sent, so they display correctly for Carrier and Corporate users. This ships as an over-the-air update, so no app store update or reinstall is required.
Forecasting
Enhancement to editing the interaction strategy in the Generate tab.
Maps
Customer preferred routing near Tokoroa.
Customer preferred routing in Waipa.
Inclusion of the Tri-Drive 4 MainRoads (WA, AU) network.
The Arapuni Dam bridge has been blocked to reflect planned construction and closure, which is expected to last 24 to 36 months.
Added a maximum weight restriction to Aotearoa Junction Bridge.
shared-nz production map update.
Customer turn restrictions added into a location.
Standard Bookings
Photos uploaded from the Carrier Mobile app are now converted to PNG when they are saved to the device and again before they are sent, so they display correctly for Carrier and Corporate users. This ships as an over-the-air update, so no app store update or reinstall is required.
Subcontracting
Jobs can now be unassigned from subcontractors in Hub Next after the subcontractor has jobified the corresponding booking.
In the Subcontract Activity modal, when subcontracting a work card whose product has Unit Load enabled, the Quantity field now defaults to the Product's quantity settings in Load, and the modal title now always shows the work card's own quantity and product.
General
OSM maximum height remediation.
Driver Mobile App
Dispatch Hub
Map URIs and polylines are now in sync between the Dispatch Hub and Driver Mobile interfaces when using the Localisation feature's default carrier fallback map, with both the map URI and the location version used for a task in Dispatch Hub now carried through to the mobile task.
Users who sign out without an internet connection are no longer recorded as still signed in.
Users can now return from the password page to the email login page in the Driver App.
Run TMS Dairy
Users can now return from the password page to the email login page in the Driver App.
Energy Driver Mobile App
Energy
Energy driver completions no longer read potentially stale compartment inventory state.
The Delivery Summary screen in Energy Driver Mobile now shows the actual compartment-delivered volume for gravity tank deliveries instead of the pre-dip to post-dip difference. Pre-dip and post-dip readings are still retained as tank measurement context, and the displayed volume now matches the actuals synced back to Energy TMS.
General Platform Updates
Invoice batches are no longer generated when they contain no billing groups.
The trailer and ISO container selectors used across order editing now load from server-driven, paginated endpoints with search-as-you-type, so they perform reliably for carriers with very large trailer fleets.
