When using the M2X order import tool, you might encounter red text warnings in the rightmost column, preventing draft error submission. These warnings often stem from Integration ID Errors, indicating a missing location association.
"No Location Found, Location integrationId [Missing ID]"
Copy the Integration ID displayed in the warnings column (i.e. Fredin).
- Be mindful of capitalization and spaces in the Integration ID being copied.
Use the M2X menu to access Admin > Locations.
Find the location with the missing Integration ID.
- If the location does not exist follow the steps below under No Integration ID for a New Location.
Click the pencil icon to edit the location details.
Find the 'Additional Integration IDs' field and paste the copied ID (i.e. Fredin).
Save the changes by clicking 'Update.'
Reattempt the order import process using the order import robot. The warning should now be resolved.
No Integration ID for a New Location
If no existing location matches the Integration ID, create a new location following the standard M2X procedure.
During the location creation process, ensure you include the copied Integration ID in the Additional Integration IDs field. Be mindful of capitalization and spaces.
Once the new location is created with the Additional Integration ID, try the order import again.
