Note: These steps apply only if you log in with your email and password.
If you normally use Sign in with Google, you will need to reset your Google password instead.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Go to m2x.app and enter your email address on the sign-in screen.
You will see a second box asking for your password.
Step 2: Click “Trouble Signing In?”
If you don’t remember your password, click Trouble Signing In?
(See screenshot below.)
This will take you to the password recovery page.
Step 3: Enter Your Email Address
Make sure the correct email is shown, then click Send.
M2X will email you instructions on how to reset your password.
Step 4: Check Your Email
Open your inbox and look for an email from M2X.
It will contain a link to reset your password.
If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.
Step 5: Create a New Password
Follow the link in the email and set a new password.
Once done, you can go back to the login page and sign in with your updated password.
