Note: These steps apply only if you sign in using your email address and password.
If you normally use Sign in with Google, you will need to reset your Google account password instead.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
Go to m2x.app and enter your email address on the sign-in screen.
Click Continue.
Step 2: Click “Forgot password?"
If you don’t remember your password, click Forgot password?
Step 3: Choose How You Want to Access Your Account
You will see several options to access your M2X account:
Reset your password -Reset your password using your email address.
Continue with Google - Sign in using your Google account.
Email code - Receive a verification code by email to securely sign in.
Reset Your Password
To reset your password:
Click Reset your password.
A verification code will be sent to your email address.
Enter the code when prompted.
Follow the on-screen instructions to create a new password.

If you no longer have access to your email address, click Get help on the login page to contact M2X Support for assistance.
