Managing Your User Account

This article explains how to manage your M2X user account, including profile information, connected accounts, passwords, passkeys, and security settings.

Accessing Your User Account

To open your account settings:

  1. Log in to M2X

  2. Select your user icon in the top-right corner beside your company name

  3. The account management window will open


There are two main sections available:

  • Profile

  • Security


Profile

The Profile section allows you to manage your personal account information.

Profile Picture and Name

You can:

  • Upload or update your profile picture

  • Update your first and last name

Email Addresses

This section displays the email address connected to your M2X account.

Connected Accounts

This section displays any external accounts linked to M2X e.g. Google account.

You can:

  • Add additional connected accounts

  • Remove connected accounts that are no longer required

Connected accounts allow easier sign-in using supported authentication providers.


Security


Password Management

You can update your account password at any time.


Passkeys

Passkeys provide a faster and more secure sign-in experience. This may include:

  • Face ID

  • Fingerprint authentication

  • Device PIN

You can:

  • Add multiple passkeys

  • Remove passkeys you no longer use

  • Manage passkeys directly from your account settings

Two-Step Verification

You can enable two-step verification for additional account security.


Devices and Sessions

You can view devices currently associated with your account.
