Buyer / Agent App - Training Guide

This document covers how to navigate and operate the M2X Buyer / Agent App

Logging In

  1. Enter the following URL to search to access the login for the M2X Buyer / Agent App

    New Zealand: https://m2x.app/agent
    Australia: https://au.m2x.app/agent

    United States: https://us.m2x.app/agent

  2. Select log in with email and enter your password to continue

Note: for first-time users logging in you will be asked some basic details to help set up your portal access

Creating New Job/Booking

  1. To create a new job/booking click the green + button in the bottom right corner to open up a new booking form

  1. Complete relevant booking form details and click BOOK to create the new booking or SAVE to put the booking form in a draft

    • From - collection location

    • To - delivery location

    • Product(s) - description and quantities

      • For general freight-enabled customers, click the green + button to add additional product lines

    • Date - preferred collection date

    • Notes - supporting notes to pass on to the carrier

    • Attachments - upload supporting documents for the carrier

Viewing & Editing Existing Bookings

  1. View the status of your existing bookings from the home screen (the status of the job is on the left-hand side)

  2. To edit the booking details, click the pencil on the right-hand side to open up the booking form. When you're happy with the changes click UPDATE at the bottom of the form.

Creating New Supply/Demand

  1. To create a new Supply or Demand click the green + button in the bottom right corner to open up a new Supply/Demand form


  2. Complete relevant booking form details and click BOOK to create the new supply/demand or SAVE to put the form into a draft

    • From/To - pickup or delivery location

    • Product(s) - description and quantities

      • For general freight-enabled customers, click the green + button to add additional product lines

    • Date - available pickup or delivery date

    • Notes - supporting notes to pass on to the carrier

    • Attachments - upload supporting documents for the carrier

Viewing & Editing Existing Supply or Demand

  1. View the status of your existing supply or demand from the home screen (the status of the job is on the left-hand side)

  2. To edit the supply or demand details, click the pencil on the right-hand side to open up the form. When you're happy with the changes click UPDATE at the bottom of the form.
