During Bobby season, carriers often manage a high volume of bookings. Classic Carrier TMS includes several tools to help you organise, find and monitor Bobby bookings on your Daily Jobs page.
Here are four useful tips to make managing your daily workload easier.
Tip 1: Display the total Bobby calf tally
Open Daily Jobs.
Click Display Options.
Enable Product Tally.
This helps you see the total quantity of calves without opening individual jobs.
Tip 2: Filter Bobby bookings
The following filters can be configured:
Bobbies Only - displays Bobby bookings.
Livestock (excluding Bobby Bookings) - displays other livestock work.

Tip 3: Search by Dairy Supply Number (DSN)
Use the text filter to quickly locate a particular Bobby booking.
Open Daily Jobs.
Find the Filter by Text field.
Enter the Dairy Supply Number (DSN) or relevant booking details.
This helps you find specific bookings when managing a large number of jobs.
Tip 4: Collapse the BOBBY CALVES BOOKINGS subtitle if you have a lot on your daily jobs screen and want to simplify your view.
Press this arrow to expand and collapse bobby bookings from your daily jobs screen.
